Directed and storyboarded by Shunsuke Tada, the animation is accompanied by the song Zero Step by GRANRODEO featuring Kenshou Ono. Note: A ~2-min short version of the music video was uploaded onto YouTube on October 28, 2022. The full version was released in theaters alongside 4D screenings of the "Kuroko no Basket: Last Game" film on January 20, 2023.
